Please let us know with in 24 hours of your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel. It is to help our employees with their financial needs, time put into each rooms preparation for the comfort of each one of you, to keep our books full, and give that space to another client on the waiting list.

Late Cancellation, Late Reschedule and No Show Fee:

50% of the service will be charged on your card on file.

Please know, our goal is to accommodate YOU, and all our efforts are put into you. Please be mindful of the disruption of scheduling that goes into these issues and know we love to service you all no matter what! Our hearts and Souls go into each preparation and service and we hope you can feel it come alive in the treatment room!
